Installing Gnome Desktop on CentOs/RHEL/Fedora/Ubuntu Server installation

# yum groupinstall “X Window System”  “GNOME Desktop Environment”

This should install GNOME Desktop on your System…

For Ubuntu server

#aptitute install ubuntu-desktop or

#apt-get install ubuntu-desktop
